Shipping and delivery charges vary according to the delivery zone. Delivery charges are shown on the map below, or by entering your postcode here. The charges shown exclude VAT which will be added at the checkout. The free shipping order amount refers to the value of your order before adding VAT.
Orders placed via this website can only be delivered to addresses within the UK (including the Channel Islands). For deliveries to Eire, please contact us for carriage charges.
Our distribution agreement with Jotun prohibits us supplying directly customers outside the United Kingdom and Eire. However we may be able to assist customers in Europe through the Jotun network.
Orders received by 2.00 p.m. will normally be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day (if the next day option is selected) to addresses in Zones 1 and 2 but some addresses in Zone 2 and all addresses in Zone 3 and 4 can take up to 3 days. Please note that these are fulfillment targets set by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery times. Our personal experience of the carrier is that they meet their delivery target more than 95% of the time.
Parcelforce are still offering a Next Working Day delivery service but have warned us that they have a national issue with sick absence. This is also affecting their Hub and Processing center. As you can imagine the sickness is predominately covid related. We are still offering The Next Delivery Day service, and it will still be the quickest, but for the time being, it can not be assumed that your delivery will arrive the next working day. As the situation is constantly changing we are not able to offer specific information on affected addresses and postcodes.
Parcelforce are supplying us with a proof of delivery without customers needing to physically sign for their items. Depending on the individual employee they will have different levels and methods of ‘distancing’. Please feel free to instruct the courier on your preferences but please be courteous, they are all doing a difficult job in difficult times.
Larger tin sizes (i.e. 20l) and orders requiring a pallet can take an extra day due to different vehicles being required by our couriers.
