Despatch and Delivery

Shipping and delivery charges vary according to the delivery zone. Delivery charges are shown on the map below, or by entering your postcode at checkout. The charges shown exclude VAT which will be added at the checkout. The free shipping order amount refers to the value of your order before adding VAT.

Orders placed via this website can only be delivered to addresses within the UK (including the Channel Islands). For deliveries to Eire, please contact us for carriage charges.

Our distribution agreement with Jotun prohibits us supplying directly customers outside the United Kingdom and Eire.  However we may be able to assist customers in Europe through the Jotun network.  

Orders received by 2.00 p.m. will normally be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day (if the next day option is selected) to addresses in Zones 1 and 2 but some addresses in Zone 2 and all addresses in Zone 3 and 4 can take up to 3 days.  95% of our orders arrive on the next working day after dispatch.  Tracking information is provided.

Our delivery partners are supplying us with a proof of delivery without customers needing to physically sign for their items. Depending on the individual employee they will have different levels and methods of ‘distancing’. Please feel free to instruct the courier on your preferences but please be courteous, they are all doing a difficult job in difficult times.

Larger tin sizes (i.e. 20l) and orders requiring a pallet can take an extra day due to different vehicles being required by our couriers.
