A two-pack, modified zinc ethyl silicate holding primer consisting of a silicate solution and zinc paste. It allows for good cutting and welding. The dry film contains 50% zinc by weight.
Muki Z 3000 is designed to utilize high productivity in connection with advanced welding technology giving reduced backburning. It is very good in corrosion protection of steel during normal storage and fabrication.
The pot life is 24 hours depending on tempearture.
